Short answers about staying at Sky Park Home: arrival, transfer, breakfast, payment and cancellation.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 10:00. If you arrive at night, you can check in at any time: reception is staffed around the clock (24/7). Earlier check-in and later check-out are possible for a fee, subject to availability.
How close is the airport?
Sky Park Home is 3 minutes from Iași International Airport and 4.5 km from the historic centre. The electric minibus takes you to Terminal T4 on request, with help with luggage: 25 lei, or 50 lei between 00:00 and 06:00.
What amenities do the rooms have?
Smart TV, free fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning with individual control, shower cabin, toiletries, towels, slippers, hairdryer, kettle with coffee and tea, fridge, minibar with drinks and snacks (paid), blackout curtains and triple-glazed windows for quiet.
How much does breakfast cost?
Takeaway breakfast, ready at reception: 50 lei per person per night. Tell us your departure time when you book.
Can I also choose breakfast on arrival?
Yes. Breakfast costs 50 lei per person per night. You can add it to your booking for as many guests as you like, or ask for it on arrival at reception.
Do you have family facilities?
Yes: the Paris and Barcelona apartments each take up to 4 guests. The baby cot is free, on request. With the Family Space package (at least 2 rooms) you get 10% off the stay.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash (RON/EUR), card at the POS, bank transfer or online by card. The invoice is issued at check-in or check-out.
Will I get the confirmation straight away?
Yes. You choose the room and the nights, see the total, and the confirmation arrives by e-mail straight away.
Does parking cost anything?
No. Parking is free for guests of the guesthouse.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes, more than 48 hours before arrival. Less than 48 hours before, 20% is retained, and for a no-show the first night is retained.
